AIO Systems provides sharing tenants with separate specific indications and alerts, viewing actual devices locations and service level agreement management, as well as maintenance procedures which are tenant specific. By logging into their customer portal area, they can get a full breakdown of all SLA parameters and open requests independently.
In addition, Customer Portal offers the users to purchase available space allocation using GIS platform – the system intuitively/graphically presents available space on geographical map and on the physical tower, for future additional network equipment, so allocating free space for new additional equipment/tenant on the tower becomes easy and intuitive.

AIO Systems’ Central Management System also has an option for suppliers to login through a separate supplier portal, and review their performance in comparison with the service level agreement, and predicted future maintenance activities for next period.
